Why Our Meal Plans Are The Health-Smart Choice

Proven Weight Loss
Unhealthy, unbalanced diets contribute to obesity and many chronic health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and kidney disease. Losing weight can help you control your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, electrolyte levels and other important health markers to address these and many other chronic health conditions. The proven formula for successful weight loss is to consume fewer calories than you burn off. With many diets, that means tedious calorie counting. With our healthy diet plans, it’s a lot easier -- simply choose a calorie level designed by our experts to help you reduce your weight and overall body fat safely and sensibly based on your body type and weight loss goals.

Adhering to Medical Guidelines
Your good health depends on good nutrition. That’s exactly what we deliver! Each of our meal plans adheres to the medically recommended dietary guidelines put forth for good health, weight loss and disease avoidance by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, National Institutes of Health, Center for Disease Control and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. All are carefully planned to provide the recommended percentages of calories from the three primary macronutrients: protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Our meals provide less than 25% of their calories from total fat and under 7% of total calories from cholesterol-raising saturated fat. Additionally, they provide less than 200 mg of cholesterol daily and are far lower than the typical American diet in sodium.

Fresh and Delicious
Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating has always focused on preparing delicious, wholesome food to help you enjoy mealtime AND feel your energetic best. Each balanced
menu includes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats. And our plans provide about twice as much dietary fiber as the typical American diet. Our plans are also notable for what they DON’T include… artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. It’s good, honest food...that’s also good for you.

Removing The Barriers To Healthy Eating
Maintaining a healthy diet can be a challenge. We understand that you’re busy living life, and don’t always have the time it takes to plan, shop and prepare meals that are both tasty and good for you.
