Our full program includes 21 meals per week (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners). All meals are fresh, healthy, nutritionally complete, and delivered directly to you. Our program is like having your own personal dietitian and chef, providing you with a sensible way to manage your weight – and your overall health.

The proven formula for successful weight loss is to consume fewer calories than you burn off. With many diets, that means tedious calorie counting. With our healthy diet plans, it’s a lot easier -- simply choose a calorie level designed by our experts to help you reduce your weight and overall body fat safely and sensibly based on your body type and weight loss goals.
Adhering to Medical Guidelines
Your good health depends on good nutrition. That’s exactly what we deliver! Each of our meal plans adheres to the medically recommended dietary guidelines put forth for good health, weight loss and disease avoidance by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, National Institutes of Health, Center for Disease Control and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. All are carefully planned to provide the recommended percentages of calories from the three primary macronutrients: protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Our meals provide less than 25% of their calories from total fat and under 7% of total calories from cholesterol-raising saturated fat. Additionally, they provide less than 200 mg of cholesterol daily and are far lower than the typical American diet in sodium.

Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating has always focused on preparing delicious, wholesome food to help you enjoy mealtime AND feel your energetic best. Each balanced menu includes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats. And our plans provide about twice as much dietary fiber as the typical American diet. Our plans are also notable for what they DON’T include… artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. It’s good, honest food...that’s also good for you.
