Each week, you'll find our freshly prepared menus showcasing 21 healthy, nutritionally sound meals. Our menus give you the variety and flexibility you need to enjoy delicious meals all week long.
One of the highlights of our menus is the variety we build into every 5 week rotating cycle. By featuring more than 100 unique meals, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating (SSHE) program ensures that you'll stay satisfied and avoid boredom while pursuing your weight loss and other health goals.
Each of our freshly prepared SSHE meal plans feature 3 filling, nutrient dense meals per day, and also include a caloric allotment of your own fat-free milk or dairy. Our menus vary in portion size, depending on whether you choose our 1,200-calorie traditional, 2,000-calorie traditional or 1,500-calorie vegetarian meal plans.
We're proud of the variety already built in to the SSHE program, but we also encourage you to choose the plan that works best for you. Since our meals are freshly prepared, that means you either pick up your meals twice weekly depending on your location or receive home/office delivery twice a week.
You may even choose to split your week and select 12 meals from one SSHE meal plan and the remaining 9 with another SSHE meal plan.
With menu options this tempting, you may have to remind yourself that these meal plans are also truly healthy. Every SSHE meal plan we offer is low fat, low sodium, and low sugar. We use no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and avoid any hydrogenated fats or high fructose corn syrup. Instead, we use fresh, wholesome food, pairing and preparing our meals according to the latest recommendations from health professionals. Unlike some other healthy eating meal plans, our SSHE meal plans offer truly delicious REAL meals with plenty of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and salads. Here are just a few meal samples from our tantalizing menus:
Breakfast: Breakfast Quiche
Crustless broccoli and Swiss cheese egg white quiche served with a veggie sausage patty and 8-grain bread for toasting.
Lunch: Cheese Topped Potato Skins
Crisp potato skins covered with melted Cheddar cheese, veggie soy crumbles, sour cream and chives with a carob chip cookie and fruit for dessert.
Dinner: Roasted Vegetable Wrap
Roasted corn, black beans and zucchini nestled in an oregano-basil herbed wrap, served with oat-topped sweet potato casserole and a cashew-rice crisp cluster for dessert.
