How does the Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating program work?

Our program offers a preset menu of 105 different, freshly prepared meals in a 5-week rotation. Each meal is a complete meal. We do recommend adding two servings of a low-fat dairy per day. This can be any dairy product of similar calories and nutritional value to a total of 16oz of skim or low fat milk. Examples include yogurt or a small serving of cottage cheese.

To get started, simply select a daily calorie level plan that works for you. Options are the 1200 or 2000 calorie traditional meals, or our 1500 calorie vegetarian option.

Then choose how many meals you would like to receive. We offer meal packages by the full week with a total of 21 meals, the weekdays plan made up of 12 meals, or the weekend plan which contains 9 meals.
