Variety
Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating has a 5-week rotating menu with over 100 unique meal selections. With this much variety, you will never get bored!
Options
Because SSHE meals are freshly prepared, each week is divided into two sets. This method ensures that your meals are always fresh and delicious.
Pick-up/Delivery
You can choose to pick up your meals from your local distributor or have them delivered right to your home or office. Or, if you live in an area without a local distributor, you can receive SSHE meals through Home Delivery.
For distributor orders, the first set is available on Monday and includes Monday dinner through Thursday lunch. The second set is available on Thursday and includes Thursday dinner through Monday lunch.
For Home Delivery orders, you receive your meals right to your door – home or office twice a week as well. The first set of 9 meals will be delivered on Tuesday. The second set of 12 meals will be delivered on Friday.
Ordering
You can place an order with your Local Distributor anytime by phone, in person or on the web. Orders for each week starting on Monday must be placed by the prior Thursday evening.
For Home Delivery customers not serviced by a local distributor, you may place your order 24/7 online. Orders for the next week must be placed no later than the previous Friday at 12 NOON CST.
Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating reserves the right to make menu substitutions.

"We serve healthy, delicious, and freshly prepared meals. Though they are primarily made from fresh foods, we also use ingredients which come to us from suppliers after being quick-frozen, processed, or dried. Examples of the first category include juices (e.g., juice from frozen concentrate), chicken breasts, and cod. Examples of the second category include salad dressings and dips. Examples of the third category include raisins and dried cranberries. Of course, every one of our meals is carefully selected and prepared as part of a menu that rigorously follows the findings of nutritional science." |
