Healthy Eating for Effective Weight Management

Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight can help prevent and control many serious diseases and health conditions. Ideally, staying at a healthy body weight and preventing excess weight gain throughout your life is much better than trying to lose weight after you’ve gained it.

Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating is the ideal meal plan for developing healthy lifelong eating habits. Our full program includes 21 meals per week (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners). All meals are fresh, nutritionally complete…and delivered directly to you. Our program is like having your own personal dietitian and chef, providing you with a sensible way to manage your weight, and your overall health.

I PARTICIPATED IN THE 1200 MEAL PLAN FOR 2 MONTHS AND LOST 20 POUNDS WITH VERY LITTLE EXERCISE. I LEARNED OVER THE YEARS TO CONTINUE GOOD EATING HABITS AND PORTIONS.

How Our Meal Plans Help With Weight Management

Controlling Calories

Weight management is all about balance – balancing the number of calories you consume with the number of calories your body uses or “burns off.” Although your genes determine how your body expends calories in the metabolic process, you CAN control what you eat and drink, as well as how many calories you use in physical activity. In order to help you with that balance, our meals are calorie- and portion-controlled for effective weight management. We offer meal plans at three calorie levels – 1200, 1500 and 2000 – so you never have to worry about calorie counting! And our team of nurses and dietitians is always available to help you decide which plan is best for you.

  Ensuring Proper Nutrition

With Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meal plans, we aim to feed you what you should be eating for the rest of your life:

    • Fresh, wholesome ingredients.
    • Healthy calorie levels for your body type and fitness goals.
    • Delicious, chef-inspired meals you’ll look forward to enjoying every day.
In addition to managing your daily calorie count, our meals include the correct amounts of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals to keep you fueled and feeling your energetic best. Our plans are also notable for what they DON’T include… unhealthy ingredients or artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.

Making It Easy

Busy schedules can make healthy eating a challenge. With our meal plans, it’s all done for you. Our dietitians plan each menu item to be health-smart and delicious, we ensure that the ingredients are fresh and wholesome, and our chefs do all the meal prep and cooking! To order, simply select the calorie level plan that’s right for your weight management goals, and we’ll walk you through the rest. You can choose a full week of 21 meals, the weekdays-only 12 meal option or our 9 meal weekend option. Meals are conveniently available for home delivery or pickup twice each week from our local stores or delivered to your door through our National Home Delivery Service.
