Convenient Delivery Options
Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meal plans are ideal for anyone who is homebound or has difficulty getting out to shop for groceries or preparing meals on a regular basis. And it’s a great option if you’re recovering from an illness, surgery, or hospitalization. With our program, meals are available for home delivery or pickup twice each week from our local stores or delivered to your door through our National Home Delivery service. Each plan includes hand-prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner options for every day of the week.
Fresh, Delicious Ingredients
Many of our independent living customers come to us because their current diet is not providing the health benefits they need, or their meals are bland and boring. Buying fresh food regularly might not be possible, so either the ingredients aren’t available to make freshly prepared meals or the food spoils before it can be used. This can sometimes lead to unhealthy options full of fat, calories, sugar, salt and preservatives. Our varied menus include fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, salads and whole grains. They help you maintain a healthy lifestyle because they are calorie- and portion-controlled.
