Food allergies and dietary avoidance due to certain health conditions can make healthy eating a challenge. Finding out that you have to avoid certain foods can be overwhelming, especially when you have to learn new ways to shop, cook, and eat out. Over the last 20 years, there has been a significant increase in food allergies and with that comes more demand for items that accommodate different dietary restrictions. At Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating we are aware of this struggle and make every effort to have transparency in what is in our meals. We aim to make healthy eating stress-free and delicious!
Our full program includes 21 meals per week (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners). All meals are fresh, healthy, and nutritionally complete. Our program is like having your own personal dietitian and chef, providing you with a sensible way to manage your weight – and your overall health.
Three Keys to Avoiding Food Allergens
Knowing the Eight Main Allergens
There are 8 main allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. The only allergen our meal plans are 100% compatible with is shellfish. Many of our delicious meals are free of certain allergens, but we don’t offer a specific meal plan geared to a specific allergen except for shellfish. However, we list all of the allergens present in our meals right on the nutrition facts label.
We list all of our ingredients using common names for each allergen so you will not find any surprises in our meals. As our meals are continuously being improved and altered, our ingredient panels are always updated to stay accurate for your needs. We’re also committed to putting clean, healthy ingredients in and leaving unhealthy ingredients out. Say YES to healthy eating and NO to all the rest!

Fresh, wholesome ingredients - including fruits, vegetables and salads - are an essential part of our meal plans. Meals are also freshly prepared, not frozen or freeze-dried.
