Our meal plans are dietitian-designed to provide balanced nutrition, and chef-inspired to bring you a variety of delicious foods to enjoy each week.

Our full program includes 21 easy, healthy meals per week (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners). All meals are fresh, nutritionally complete…and delivered directly to you. It’s a great way to eat healthy without having to spend a lot of time on meal planning, shopping or cooking – whether you’re a busy professional or parent, an active senior, or just want to enjoy your free time or retirement more!

Our dietitians expertly plan each menu item to ensure that your meals are health-smart and delicious. We provide the fresh, healthy ingredients, so you don’t have to spend time grocery shopping. Then, our chefs do all the meal prep and cooking, so every meal is prepared to perfection. All you have to do is heat and enjoy, or grab and go

 

 

Fresh, Healthy Foods
Busy schedules make healthy eating a challenge. Who has time to shop for fresh produce regularly? Or read labels to make sure a food contains healthy ingredients? With our meal plans, it’s all done for you. Our meals incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables and salads along with whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats. Our plans are also notable for what they DON’T include…artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. And with over 100 delicious recipes to look forward to in our five week rotating plans, you’ll enjoy more variety than you’ve ever had before.

 

 

Convenient Delivery or Pickup
Providing you with fresh, easy, healthy meals to enjoy every day is our top priority. So naturally, we make ordering and receiving your meals flexible and simple. To order, simply choose the meal plan that’s right for your nutritional goals, and we’ll walk you through the rest. You can choose a full week of 21 meals, the weekdays-only 12 meal option, or our 9 meal weekend option. You can also select delivery or pickup twice each week from any of our 22 Chicagoland locations close to your home or office, or delivery to your door through our National Home Delivery service. And you can always count on your local distributor to provide you with true personal service, going out of their way to meet your needs and answer any questions you may have.
