Well, what can I say about SSHE? All I know about this eating plan is it is a very easy plan to follow. It is so convenient for me. The meals provide a variety of different foods, satisfying certain food cravings. Not to mention the health benefits it’s given me. I’ve been on the 2000 calorie plan for the last 10 months and have lost 210 pounds and still reducing I started out at 460 pounds. My health has improved 100%. Everything from sugar levels, cholesterol, blood pressure, energy level, total fitness. It just may have saved my life.
