A casserole of egg noodles, veggie chicken strips, peas, onion and sour cream topped with bread crumbs served with honeyed carrots, a grainy pumpernickel roll and cucumber salad with red wine vinegar dressing.

Preparation Instructions

Slice film and peel back. Remove salad and roll. Warm casserole and carrots on a microwaveable plate. Warm roll a few seconds.
