Are you ready for the next LIVE #SSHEChat Twitter Chat? Our first chat with our very own registered dietitian, Rene Ficek was a huge success, and this time we’ll be chatting with Seattle Sutton's 2014 Slim Down Contest winner Sue Kiefer!
During the Seattle Sutton's 2014 Slim Down Contest, Sue lost 54.8 pounds and a whopping 32.09 percent of her body weight! During the chat, she’ll be answering YOUR questions about her experience with the contest, what issues she faced, what she was surprised with and how she feels now. She’ll also be offering tips for those considering a starting a weight-loss journey and how she stays motivated.
