Want your healthy eating, weight loss, and dieting questions answered by me, Seattle Sutton? You’re in luck! I will be doing just that in a Twitter chat on Tuesday, October 7th at 12 PM CST.

What’s a Twitter chat?

A Twitter chat is a pre-arranged chat/conversation that happens on Twitter through the use of tweets that include a predefined hashtag (#SSHEChat) to link those tweets together in a virtual conversation. All you need to participate is a Twitter account and to follow @SeattleSutton on Twitter and you’re ready to go!

I will be leading the 60-minute Twitter chat answering your personal questions ranging from anything Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating related to personal healthy living tips and much more! Make sure you become a part of this exclusive conversation with me, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating’s founder and “health guru.”

  • Where: Twitter! Follow us @SeattleSutton to join the conversation
  • Twitter Chat hashtag: Be sure to follow and join the conversation using the hashtag #SSHEChat
  • What is a hashtag? On social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, a word or phrase proceeded by a hash or pound sign (#) and used to identify messages on a specific topic.
