YOUR good health is OUR true mission

I want to wish you a happy Thanksgiving and Hanukkah. This once in more than 70,000- year event, the first day of Hanukkah coincides with Thanksgiving. Having many call it Thanksgivukkah.

It’s a great time to reflect about what you’re most thankful for -- friends, family and good health. After all, your health is your greatest asset in life, not a new car, home or other material possession. Without good health, nothing else matters!

Seattle Sutton, BSN, RN

She made healthy eating her mission in life long before anyone else did, in hopes of helping her own obese father. A registered nurse by training and entrepreneur at heart, she lives, eats and breathes everything about healthy eating and helping to improve people’s eating habits and overall health. She enjoys never having to bother with grocery shopping, cooking and counting calories. Her favorite SSHE meal, although it’s hard to pick just one, is the Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto Sauce.
