YOUR good health is OUR true mission

“Stories of Hope”

Posted on 10/16/2014

I hope you tune in this weekend! I will be appearing on WGN-TV's "Stories of Hope" breast cancer special. As a nearly 15-year breast cancer survivor, I want to tell my survival story and explain how I feel about helping other women going through breast cancer.

Appearing along with me will be Rene Ficek, SSHE registered dietitian, who will share tips on which foods to eat to help prevent breast cancer.

Emmy-Award winning WGN reporter, Dean Richards, will host the special.

The program will air on Saturday, October 18th at 6 to 6:30 PM. It will also appear on CLTV on Saturday, October 18th from 8 to 8:30 PM and Sunday, October 19th from 2 to 2:30 PM.

Seattle Sutton, BSN, RN

She made healthy eating her mission in life long before anyone else did, in hopes of helping her own obese father. A registered nurse by training and entrepreneur at heart, she lives, eats and breathes everything about healthy eating and helping to improve people’s eating habits and overall health. She enjoys never having to bother with grocery shopping, cooking and counting calories. Her favorite SSHE meal, although it’s hard to pick just one, is the Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto Sauce.
