Open House

It was an absolutely glorious day yesterday here in Illinois! The sun was shining and the temperature was a perfect summer day. I couldn't have asked for any better weather to host an open house at our company headquarters' distributor location.

We opened our doors to the public for a few hours in the afternoon so they could see our delicious meals, learn more about our program and ask questions. I was on hand to greet visitors and to help motivate them to make a healthier lifestyle choice. I so love meeting our clients and talking to people about our program. I have said for years that I want to "retire" at 90 and go back to answering our 800# and talk to clients again.

In just two hours time, nearly 120 people came through our doors to see a "behind the scenes" tour of our facility and learn more about us. I think I can say without a doubt that it was 100% successful! I'm so glad we did it and could do it. We even had a prize wheel and gave away coupons, signed copies of my book, water bottles, pedometers, watches, and 7 weeks worth of meals.

We decided to conduct this open house because it's been awhile since we've done so and we have many new menu items since our last one.

Our menu has undergone many changes and will continue to do so for the next few menu cycles. We're moving some much-loved favorites from one week or part of a week to another and adding new, tasty meals in the process too. Of course, we're always making sure you're eating exactly what you should be eating for the rest of your life! Our meal analysis is so meticulous and exact, it really is better than doing it yourself. Who can measure, portion and do what we do for you any better? I think nobody.

Remember we listen to our clients. Please let us know what you enjoy about our meals. We try to take customer feedback into consideration when making menu changes. However, we put nutrition number one when it comes to how an item or meal serves you nutritionally as part of the entire 5-week meal plan.

Speaking of menu changes. One satisfied customer recently wrote to us to say how much she's enjoying the changes. Carol wrote, "I am really enjoying the new and innovative breakfasts!  The seasoned egg whites/pita, the breakfast pizza and the spinach/mushroom souffle' are all yummy.  The food combinations and flavors compliment each other nicely -- especially the pears with the souffle'. It's so comforting to know you can eat healthfully and deliciously at the same time!"

I couldn't have said it any better myself Carol. And, I totally agree with you too! Thank you for taking the time to write to us and let us know as a long time customer how much you are enjoying our new meals.

A good way to familiarize yourself with our meals, if you are not on them, is to stop by your local distributor from 3-7 PM on Mondays and Thursdays.  Call ahead or just pop in and ask questions, see the meals and learn about what specials they are offering.
