There's just one week remaining to enter the Seattle Sutton's 2012 Slim Down Contest for LaSalle County residents! Hurry, don't delay, enter today because registration ends November 15th at 10 AM. You could possibly win an opportunity to lose weight, feel great and receive free Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meals for 15 weeks!
If you are interested (or, someone you know may be interested), go to our web site, seattlesutton.com and click on the registration link to fill out a registration form. You will need to tell "your story" about why you should be chosen and supply us with a recent, non-returnable photo of yourself too. You may also opt to include a recent video of yourself explaining why you should be chosen. Once you have read the official contest rules, you may enter for a chance at a new lifestyle in the New Year. It's just that simple. There's no fee to enter and you have nothing to lose but weight.
You may also stop by our Ottawa location at 611 E. Stevenson Road to pick up a registration form that you may return completed along with a recent, non-returnable photo of yourself and your story. Or, you may mail the completed registration to our headquarters in Ottawa.
Ads in both Ottawa papers -- The Ottawa Times and Ottawa Delivered -- announcing the contest are running along with the registration form that can be dropped off at the Ottawa location or mailed in with your story and recent, non-returnable photo of yourself.
Your choice, there are three different ways to register. You pick it. Just don't delay, do it today! I wish you all the best and know you can do anything you put your minds to.
I will be sure to keep you posted, dear readers, about the contest as we continue with the selection process and when we announce the contestants who will compete for a new lifestyle in 2012.
If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to call us at 1-800-442-DIET (3438).
