Good morning, all! I’m going to spend two days this week in St. Louis. Very exciting! This will be my first opportunity to meet the area’s Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating distributors.
I’m traveling quite a bit these days. Speeches and media appearances keep me on the move. In a way this can be grueling, but I feel it is necessary to work like this in order to get our story to the people who can benefit from hearing it.
Kelly has the capacity to strike just the right balance when it comes to my trips. I know he’d rather I stay home more—and I’m glad he feels that way—but he also supports me and my work, so he’s very patient and understanding. Goodness, I like him so much I think I’ll keep him. More than 54 years so far.

I want to share excerpts from two letters that customers sent me. First, from Bonnie:
“Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating helped me make big changes in my life, the loss of over 100 pounds in 9 months being one. As a busy professional woman, I found myself unable to address everything at work and home as I would like.
“Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating saves me both time and effort. I no longer have to plan meals, be concerned about the quality and nutritional value of the food I am eating, make grocery lists, grocery shop, put away groceries, cook meals, nor clean up pots, pans, and dishes. I stop at a little market by my house to buy milk once a week.
“I was considering hiring someone to clean up my house in order to feel like I had everything under control. After starting the Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating plan, I found that no longer necessary, because of the number of things Seattle Sutton takes off my to-do list, and the extra energy I had.
“The program saves me money. I am no longer tempted to stop and pick up a fast dinner on my way home after a long day of work. I know a fresh hot meal, which requires no decisions and minimal effort, is only 3 minutes away after I get home.”
And this from Michelle:
“Thanks to Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating, I’m at my perfect BMI weight and have been so for a few years now. I still love your meals because they taste great and are so handy. And they make me feel healthier—even now when I’m not trying to lose weight! Sure, I integrate other foods here and there now that I’m maintaining my weight, but it’s always based around the core of the Seattle Sutton meal.
“I just had an hysterectomy at 38 due to endometriosis, which caused me so much pain. My doctor was surprised at my 2 week follow-up visit. I told him about Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating and he’s now going to recommend that as a pre and post op diet to make sure people don’t go to junk food when they are recovering.
“With my meals…there’s nothing ‘junk’ about my food and it’s no more difficult to heat up a meal than go for chips or order pizza. So thanks to staying healthy with my diet, I believe (and so does my doctor/surgeon) that it has helped me get back on much feet much more quickly than the friends I have who also had hysterectomies.
"I only wish that I knew before to tell my friends to try the system during recovery. From now on, I will tell everyone! It’s also helped me ‘de-puff’ after the surgery—having the right balance of nutrients and sugars can really make you LOOK better when you are feeling really bad…and sometimes you really need that psychologically!”

Thanks, Bonnie and Michelle. I urge my readers to share these stories with their friends and doctors.
She made healthy eating her mission in life long before anyone else did, in hopes of helping her own obese father. A registered nurse by training and entrepreneur at heart, she lives, eats and breathes everything about healthy eating and helping to improve people’s eating habits and overall health. She enjoys never having to bother with grocery shopping, cooking and counting calories. Her favorite SSHE meal, although it’s hard to pick just one, is the Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto Sauce.
