New Vegetarian Meal Plan

We're going meatless with our new vegetarian meal plan. The newly added plan is a first for our 27-year old company dedicated to providing the healthiest, freshly prepared meals possible. The SSHE vegetarian meals are ideal for anyone looking to eat healthfully and conveniently without consuming any meat or fish, as well as vegetarians. However, you needn't be a vegetarian to enjoy the meals or variety offered in our new vegetarian meal plan!

The new SSHE vegetarian meal plan is an average of 1,500-calories per day, including the recommended three glasses of fat-free (skim) milk per day that clients add in addition to the recommended water.  It starts at just $95, depending on where you reside, and includes 12 meals in all for each breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4 days. 

We decided to make this an option since we received requests over the years about a vegetarian plan and wanted to offer an option to those who are vegetarian who couldn't enjoy our meal plan previously. We feel this is the perfect timing, considering the number of vegetarians in this country continues to increase -- partly due to health and medical experts' recommendations to consume a more plant based diet.

Our new vegetarian plan offers a great variety and convenience to vegetarians and anyone else interested in eating less meat. You needn't call yourself a vegetarian to enjoy our meals…they are for anyone interested in healthy eating, just like our so-called traditional meals, just without meat or fish.
 
The vegetarian meal plan adheres to SSHE's strict nutritional guidelines and undergo the same strenuous nutritional analysis, including not serving any high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, harmful preservatives or additives and trans fat. The calorie and portion controlled meals are also low fat, low saturated fat, low cholesterol and sodium restricted.
