I Love This Program!

A woman recently contacted us with the nicest things to say about her experiences with Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating, and I wanted to share it with you. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did!

Hi, I’m sitting here typing this while enjoying my delicious lunch. I am now on my third week of the program. I’ve lost 6 pounds, which I suppose is pretty normal. I can’t sing your praises loud enough for how much I love it.

I was 30 pounds overweight when I started. I can’t believe I let that happen to myself, as I had never before had a weight problem. I am 49 years old. But what really gets me mad? It never had to happen! You see, I’m just coming out of a very stressful situation that went on for the last 4 years. It wasn’t until January though that I really started packing on another 10 pounds, bringing me to 30 pounds overweight. I was too busy to get exercise or eat healthy. Whatever was quick was my motto. I let it happen because I simply didn’t have much time for myself, if at all. But what drives me crazy is that nothing could have been easier than Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating! I could have been doing this in January! Even if I didn’t have time to exercise and tone, I wouldn’t have been overweight.

I feel great eating these meals and I like most of the items. The ones I don’t care for, I eat anyway. That’s no different than real life. You can’t like it all! I just regret that I didn’t know how easy and delicious this program was a long time ago.

I have made a 3-month self-commitment to stay on the 1,200-calorie plan. I am exercising now and hope to lose that 30 pounds by the end of the 3 months. If not, maybe I will do it a little longer, or do it once a week each month.

That’s another thing I like. There seems to be flexibility. I once did Nutrisystem and thought of going back to them before finding out about your program, but I didn’t like it. It was a LOT of work buying so many things to go along with each meal and steaming vegetables, etc. That’s why I failed. This program is so simple!
