Happy New Year from Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating

Posted on 12/31/2015

I’d like to wish you and yours a very happy New Year!

I just know 2016 will be full of remarkable things for Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating (SSHE) and you. As an optimist I am certain next year will be amazing!

New Years 2016

Here’s to losing weight once and for all and to maintaining a healthy weight for optimal health. Remember it’s a lifestyle change and not a quick fix.

Moderation and portion control are key to any sensible eating regime, and that’s what we’re all about here at SSHE.

If you are thinking this is the year that I finally lose those pesky 15 or 20 pounds, then just do it!  We can help you with the planning, shopping and cooking. All you have to do is heat, eat and enjoy (and in some cases, no heating is involved with our freshly prepared meals). Oh, and did I mention we serve fresh fruit and vegetables including crisp, crunchy salads? Yes, we do – so we are not frozen or freeze dried like many others out there. No sir!

You’ll love the convenience of our meals, delivered right to your door whether you’re in New York or New Mexico, Michigan or Florida – we are here to serve you and happy to help you with eating right!

I encourage you to give us a call at 1-800-442-3438 or visit our website, seattlesutton.com and check out our delicious menus. I guarantee if you are on our 1,200-calorie meal plan and do not cheat, then you will lose weight safely and effectively.

Thank you for 2015 and here’s to a prosperous and healthy 2016.

Cheers!
