Don't forget to register for Seattle Sutton's 2013 Slim Down for Peoria Tri-Counties if you haven't done so already! If you live in Peoria, Tazewell or Woodford Counties in Illinois and are 21 years old or older, then you are eligible to apply.

Not sure how to do it? No problem, it's simple and easy to do. Go online to seattlesutton.com and click on "Slim Down" on our homepage. There you need to fill out the registration form, upload a full-length photo of yourself, submit your story and enter for a chance at 15 weeks of free Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meals. 

Not only do you have a chance at winning our delicious, nutritious meals but you also have a chance to transform your health through this competition once and for all. It's the same contest where previous contestants have lost weight and kept it off, established new healthy habits and changed their lifestyles for good.

What do you have to lose, but weight? It only takes a few minutes of your time.

Don't want to apply online? No problem! This coming Thursday, pick up a copy of the Peoria Journal Star and look for our ad to clip the entry form from it. Send your story, entry form and full-length photo to our headquarters address listed in the ad.

You could be one of ten people chosen to lose weight, receive free Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meals and have a chance at winner some pretty fantastic prizes too. The first place winner and a guest will be heading to Riu Palace Riviera Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico courtesy of Apple Vacations. Second place winner will receive $1,000 cash prize from Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating. Third place prize winner will win a year membership to Landmark Racquet and Health Club.

She made healthy eating her mission in life long before anyone else did, in hopes of helping her own obese father. A registered nurse by training and entrepreneur at heart, she lives, eats and breathes everything about healthy eating and helping to improve people’s eating habits and overall health. She enjoys never having to bother with grocery shopping, cooking and counting calories. Her favorite SSHE meal, although it’s hard to pick just one, is the Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto Sauce.
