Hello again! Please don’t tell Kelly’s card-playing buddies that he’s going to try and use some funny money in his poker game. Dave Swartz cleverly printed up some “Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating Dollars” for our employee appreciation day last Saturday. We distributed them to our gals and guys as part of the fun and games. They certainly didn’t look real, but we all had a good laugh pretending, and they helped make the day a big success.
When I showed a few to my husband, he decided to play a practical joke on his friends. Oh, my, Kelly loves to joke. Just like my father.

Miriam Williams of Demotte, Indiana, gives the following testimony:
“A life of constantly being on the run…really packed the pounds on. I spent as much time in the drive thru as anywhere else. I didn’t even like what I was eating.
“Finding Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating has been a lifesaver. It is convenient, fits any lifestyle, and the food is magnificent. I am close to being taken off my diabetes pill!
“I never thought I would be able to lose weight so easily. I had given up. Now I am down 100+ pounds with only 40-45 to go. I am so grateful.
“Thank you, Seattle, for this plan. I feel like a new person.”

Thank you, Miriam. I am so happy for you. BTW, I am sending you a check for $100 as a token of my admiration for your success. I like to do this whenever anyone on our program loses 100 pounds or more.

One of our customers asked if our diet might cause hair loss. Of course, I laughed out loud. On the other hand, certain fad diets have been know to cause hair loss. Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating is definitely un-fad.
We follow the guidelines of nutritional experts and offer a healthy balance of carbs, protein, fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. This is the diet (in the larger sense of the word) everyone should follow. So it’s certainly not fad.
Even though I laughed at the suggestion Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating might cause alopecia (hair loss), I also hope to be of service to the inquiring reader. Hair loss can be caused by stress, diabetes, thyroid disorders, heredity, surgery, illness, and medications which treat gout, arthritis, depression, and heart problems. So check with your doctor, dear, and keep me posted.
