We have a new “Healthy Beat with Rene Ficek, RD” for February, the month of love, titled "Love Your Body." Since love is in the air, we thought what a better time than now to talk about loving yourself.

Rene provides three attainable tips, which also help your physical wellbeing.

The Seattle Sutton’s 2016 Slim Down Contest is at its half-way mark and the contestants are in it to win it! So far, in 5 weeks, the 5 contestants have lost a total of 74.6 pounds! Way to go! 

Our weight loss top-three - so far are: 

  1. JoJean, she’s lost 18.2 pounds and 8.42 percent of her body weight!
  2. Jim, he’s lost 14.4 pounds and 7.69 percent of his body weight!
  3. Cindy, she’s lost 18.6 pounds and 7.34 percent of her body weight!
