Monday Pick-Up/Delivery

CHICKEN ALFREDO DINNER - Seasoned chicken and a medley of veggies drizzled with our low-fat Alfredo sauce served on a bed of wild rice.

Tuesday

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE - A casserole of eggs and green peppers served with multi-grain croissant and tasty spread.

MIXED GREEN SALAD - Mixed salad greens with chunks of cheese, flaked salmon and lite Ranch dressing, served with a breadstick and fat-free chocolate brownie.

CHEESE LASAGNA -A blend of cheeses rolled in lasagna pasta, covered by an Italian style tomato sauce along with tender Brussels sprouts and an orange cinnamon poached pear.

Wednesday

WHEAT BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE & JUICE

PEPPER JACK BURGER served with potato salad and sliced jicama.

TETRAZZINI - Ground turkey, sliced mushrooms and whole wheat pasta baked together in a light sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese and paprika, served with baked sweet potato rounds and spiced apples.

Thursday

SSHE'S SLICED BREAKFAST BREAD & FRESH FRUIT

CHICKEN SALAD WITH ANGEL FOOD CAKE - Tender morsels of white meat, celery pieces, walnuts and raisins tossed in a flavorfully seasoned dressing along with cherry tomatoes and angel food cake.

HOMESTYLE MEATLOAF - Great tasting seasoned meatloaf with turkey meat and seasonings topped with tomato sauce and served with garlic whipped potatoes, cabbage and cream style corn.

Friday

AUNT TILLIE'S BANANA MUFFIN & FRESH FRUIT

FAMOUS TUNA BUMSTEAD - A whole wheat English muffin topped with tuna and cheese, served with blue corn chips and fresh carrots.

MANICOTTI -Manicotti noodles stuffed with Ricotta cheese smothered in tomato sauce and sprinkled with aged Romano cheese, served with gourmet whole green beans.

Saturday

FARM-FRESH CHEESE OMELET & PINEAPPLE JUICE

CHILLED POTATO, TURKEY FILLET AND FRESH VEGGIES - A beautiful display of roasted turkey, chilled cooked potato and other vegetables ready for a dip in a tangy dill sauce.

CHICAGO STYLE CHILI - A good helping of pinto beans, onions, ground turkey and spices in a hearty tomato sauce.

Sunday

PECAN BREAD WITH TASTY SPREAD & TROPICAL FRUIT

MACARONI & CHEESE - A favorite lunch of macaroni and robust cheese served with a colorful salad of sliced beets and onions.

OVEN FRIED CHICKEN -Boneless chicken lightly coated with herbed bread crumbs, served with vegetables, dinner roll and cookies for dessert.

Monday

CRANBERRY GRANOLA BAR & FRUIT JUICE

TUSCAN MINESTRONE SOUP & SANDWICH - Delicious minestrone soup served with our homemade fruit spread and roasted nut spread to use on fresh baked wheat bread.
