The perfect recipe for today's healthy eating begins with Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating. Both men and women, young and old can enjoy the taste, convenience, and healthful benefits of our one-of-a-kind service.
How Our Program Works
Preparing healthy meals at home can be a real challenge with today’s busy lifestyle. Let us do all the work for you without messing up your kitchen! Every week you'll enjoy 21 freshly prepared meals including fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. All you have to do is heat and eat – and some meals don’t even require heating. Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner for 7 days. Meals are calorie and portion controlled. We take the guesswork out of eating right since we serve what health and medical professionals recommend one should eat. Every item on our menu serves a nutritional purpose to make up a well-balanced diet.
Because many people are overwhelmed with what it takes to eat right - planning, cooking, shopping, etc., it may just seem easier to eat out, order a pizza, or worse yet, zip through the local drive-thru.
The cornerstone of Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating is convenience. We do all the planning, shopping and cooking, and if you wish, we even deliver right to your home or office! Twice each week, you will receive delicious meals that are perfect for individuals and families who:
- Need to follow a restricted diet for medical reasons such as diabetes, certain heart problems or high blood pressure
- Want to lose weight
- May not want to plan, shop and cook for just themselves or a family
- Are unable to drive or cook, such as the elderly or handicapped
DeliciousIf you have had one too many "health food" crackers or muffins that taste like seasoned cardboard, Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meals will come as a big surprise. Why? They are delicious! Prepared with the finest ingredients, our vast array of food appeals to those with even the most finicky tastes.
Calorie ControlledSeattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meal program is available in two different calorie portions - either 1,200 or 2,000 calories per day (Calories include recommended fat-free milk). If you are changing your eating habits for medical reasons or for weight-loss purposes, we recommend that you check with your physician to determine which calorie plan to choose.
