If you're unsure of which plan to choose, we recommend you consult with your medical professional who knows your personal medical history best. After sharing our Nutritional Analysis with your medical professional, he/she may advise you which meal plan best suits your nutritional needs. Calorie count and nutritional analysis are the average per day using the entire 5-week (full week) menu cycle and includes your own fat-free milk. Ordering a half-week option, will alter the average calories per day over the 5 week period.
