Questions: Ordering
Is delivery available? Yes. Check with your distributor about the time and cost of delivery to your home or office. Delivery is twice weekly.
For Home Delivery delivery, check eligibility based on where you live or where you intend to have the meals shipped.
Why should I order 21 meals per week? (21 meals-7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners) If you're interested in weight loss or healthy eating, let us do it all for you! You will feel less frustrated and have better results-no planning, no shopping (temptation), no measuring and no preparation.
Is there any possible alternative to 21 meals? Yes, you may choose to share your meals with friends or relatives if weight loss and/or medical conditions don't apply to you. For example, senior citizens who still enjoy dining out often like to order one set of meals and share them.
May I cancel my order? Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meals are freshly prepared. After an order has been placed, your fresh fruit, produce and other ingredients are ordered. If you have a sudden emergency (out of town, etc.) please arrange for a friend or relative to pick up your meals.
What should I do if I'm delayed or unable to pick up my meals? Every effort will be made by SSHE to provide you with excellent service. Contact the distributor or have someone else call on your behalf before the designated closing time if a delay should occur. If you ordered through Home Delivery, you were provided with a confirmation of your order. Please arrange with a friend or relative to receive your meals, so your meals don’t spoil.
Does insurance cover this plan? It depends on your insurance company and the plan you have -- we’ve heard of instances where clients have had their insurance cover the cost of our meals. We recommend you contact your insurance company to find out if they offer this as part of your plan. How it works for those companies who do cover it, you would order either online or by phone, using your credit card and if it is covered then you would work directly with your insurance company on processing the claim. |
